Over a decade of practical experience in all aspects of design, from web design and programming to print and packaging design. Led the efforts that took companies from small startup to large scale acquisition. Oversaw the design growth of one company to both Internet Retailer Top 500 and Inc. Top 5000 status.

• Led the design and update of an entire web presence SEO effort for the highest selling direct marketer of Pimsleur language learning products, resulting in an incremental increase of $124k monthly in revenue
• Oversaw, implemented and streamlined a monthly mailer process to a customer list of 800,000+ that led to a $40k monthly increase in revenue
• Created and executed a packaging redesign that led to a 25% decrease in costs, and a substantial increase in sales
• Led in the design of the front end web portal and interface overlay for SAP system upgrade. In addition, created Flash based training demos and tutorials of new interfaces and functions for Pennsylvania Turnpike
• Oversaw and art directed from the ground up, a complete redesign and redevelopment of the company’s two flagship websites for two of the world’s largest musical instrument e-retailers.
• Supervised and participated in the creation of all marketing materials, print and collateral advertising in nationally published music magazines
